These fees are intended to provide a general guide for those seeking high-level parliamentary assistance. Rates can be negotiated for non-profits, religious organizations, or student groups. Flat fee rates are preferred and can be arranged per project or agreement.
An annual service agreement is also available. After the complete scope of work is determined, the fee is negotiated.

Any fee includes reasonable consultation and preparation before the meeting, including script preparation, pre-meeting consultations, and motion drafting. If an in-person pre-meeting consultation is desired, additional charges will be charged for the consultation and for significant travel time at the standard hourly rates listed in the last three rows of the table.
Reimbursement for reasonable expenses is also anticipated.
